Not much Going On..

Since our weather has taken a horrible turn for the worst...113 today. We have become housebound. We get up early and go to the gym, and then we end up in our gym clothes, to swimsuits, to P.J's. It is getting harder to take pictures of fun things when we are being really boring. Although, Stella amazes me everyday. The T.V was on, and she walked up to me and said..."Mommy, that Oprah"....Ahhhhh. Yes it was!! How the heck does she know who Oprah is. I, of course am a huge fan of Oprah, just not in the summer when it is all re-runs!! Another thing she told me this week was..."Mommy, I have a tummy ache, if I have 2 popsicles my tummy will feel better"!! I said O.K....what the heck, it is hot as hell, and I think she thought it was funny that I gave in so easily!! :)

Waffles and Swimmin'

Tanya brought over homemade bluberry waffles this morning. After our breakfast we went for a nice morning swim. The rest of the day, Stella kept asking "When Mac comin' next time mommy". We are going to shoot for once a week playdates!

Silly.

I always said I would never be that "Mom" whose kid had bedhead...during the day. Huh. Well Stella seems to have bedhead alot lately.

2 nights in a row.

We had a busy weekend. We went out Friday and Saturday night, we have not done that in like probably 5 years. We had Erica's going away party and Vera's 30th birthday! We had lots of fun, we totally took afternoon naps today....we are getting old.

Maggie is in very good hands. We are having a blast with Maggie Moo. Maggie and Stella decided to sleep in today....they came crawling out of their room at 9:06 AM. I better get in the kitchen and start making eggs! Have fun in MN.

New Haircut!

I wedged Stella's hair. It only took 3 days, 3 suckers, 3 popsicles, and a game of memory to master!

Family Vacation.

Thanks for having us for a week Flatins. We had a blast.

Ari and Carrie

Stella loved Ari and Carrie. They have two dogs named Wilma and Betty that she wanted to take home with us. She kept saying " Mommy, me get puppy" over and over again.

4th of July.

A big group of us rented bikes and drove around. We stopped for lunch, and ice cream. Stella loved riding in her tag-a-long thing!!

We're Back.

We are back from the beach. From low 80's to mid 100's.....but it is supposed to be cloudy today in Phoenix, maybe that will make it appear cooler?
